Where do you ship to?
We currently ship everywhere in the US (including APO/ FPO addresses). If we are unable to ship out to you and your pup at this time, keep your ears perked for future Bark About It announcements. Call us ambitious but we’d love to one day provide happiness to dogs and their people all across the world! Still have questions? Is there a shipping fee?
Yes, there is a flat rate shipping fee for all order totals of $49 or less to the US. Placing an order over $49? You lucky dog! Bark About It provides free shipping on all orders $49 USD and up! Where is my order?
Need help finding you or your pup’s order? Once your package hits the road, Bark About It will shoot you an email letting you know that your order is on its way! You’ll be able to keep an eye on your packages’ progress via the tracking link provided. Orders going to any of the 48 contiguous states can be expected to arrive in 2-5 business days. Orders headed to Hawaii, Alaska or to any US territories typically take 4-12 business days to arrive. At this time we only have tracking available up to the border, but we are certainly working to improve this experience! Please note that tracking data may take up to 1-2 business days to appear on the USPS, UPS or FedEx websites. If you still need help locating your pup’s package, we can help! Where is the rest of my order?
While it doesn’t happen often, it is possible that part of your order will need to be shipped separately in the occasion that an item is back-ordered or shipping from a different warehouse. Not to worry though, Bark About It will send you an email as soon as the rest of your order’s tracking info becomes available. Orders with split-shipping will typically arrive within a few days of each other. Having trouble locating the rest of your order? Let us know! May I return the item my pup did not love?
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain a return authorization number. Email email@example.com. All returns must be shipped back to Bark About It within 30 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in new condition, completely clean of pet hair, stains, and odor. The products must have their original tags still attached and be in their original packaging. Any returned merchandise that does not meet this criteria will not be refunded. Please see return policy for more information.
Can I change, add or remove something from my order once it is placed?
We would love to help you with any changes to an order, but unfortunately, once an order is placed we are unable to “modify” an order (change shirt size, add to an existing order, etc.) Therefore, what we CAN DO is cancel and refund the existing order* so you can then place a new order. It is always best just to place another order if you need to add another item or make any modifications. *If you need to cancel an order, please know that we can do this if the order has not been processed and/or shipped out. It may be too late, but sometimes we can catch your stuff before it’s shipped. My item does not fit and I need to exchange it, how can I do this?
We strive to make your Pup happy! If it doesn’t fit or you would like to return it for a refund for any reason – please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will either exchange or refund your item within 30 days of your purchase date. Please see our return policy. Refunds typically take 3 – 5 business days to reflect in your account once issued. We’ll do our best to expedite the process.
I was sent an incorrect item, design, style, color, or size, how can I get the item I ordered?
We are so very sorry you were sent the incorrect item! Please know that we strive to exceed your expectations and will get you out the correct item ASAP. Please BarkAtUs @: email@example.com and we will take care of getting you the right item.
I did not receive my tracking number, how can I get this?
Tracking numbers are emailed out to you when the package ships. You may receive more than one email and tracking number, if your order is coming from more than one location. Your receipt will show all this info. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder as it can sometimes get filed there.
